🍽 About the Evening

Welcome from 6pm if you want to warm up your food or do a little last-minute prep.
We plan to start eating together around 7:30 PM.

This relaxed vegan community event in London is about connection and collective care.
Come as you are, bring what you can, and celebrate compassion through food and togetherness.

🥗 What to Bring

• A vegan dish to share — please bring a home-made dish if you can, enough for 4–5 people.
If cooking isn’t accessible or is a barrier for  you, you’re welcome to bring vegan snacks or dessert instead.

• A small ingredient card for allergens

• A container if you’d like to take home leftovers

All dishes should be 100% plant-based (no meat, dairy, fish, eggs, or honey).

Do I need to bring food?
Yes, please bring a vegan dish to share — home-made is preferred.
If cooking isn’t accessible or is a barrier for you, vegan snacks and desserts are welcome too.

Can I come if I’m new or don’t know anyone?
Definitely. It’s a welcoming space and many people come on their own.

Can I heat my food there?
Yes, there’s a hob and sink available for heating dishes.

If I can’t make it?
Please let us know so we can offer your spot to someone else.

🕯 Evening Flow

  • 6:00 PM — Doors open and arrivals

  • 6:15 PM — Prep and heat up dishes

  • 7:30 PM — Shared meal begins

  • 9PM  — Music, wind-down and clean up

  • 9.55:00 PM — Goodbyes 

đź’š Accessibility and Community Care

The venue has step-free access, accessible toilets, and a sink and hob in the kitchen for heating food.

Seating is available, and you’re always welcome to step outside for a break if you need to.

We know that cooking isn’t always possible for everyone.
If preparing a dish is a struggle due to access, energy, or circumstances, you’re welcome to bring vegan snacks or dessert so you can still take part and share something with the group.

Please label any allergens such as nuts, gluten, soy, or sesame.
All dishes should be vegan.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive event open to all backgrounds.
